Additionally, please be aware that products ordered directly from suppliers may not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Software or media products that have been opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Some items ordered directly from suppliers (Backorder Items)
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please retain all packaging for inspection.
Initiating a Return:

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
