Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that a handling charge may apply to returned items. If you are unsure about any aspect of our returns policy, please contact us before making a purchase.

Additionally, please be aware that products ordered directly from suppliers may not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.  
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Software or media products that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Some items ordered directly from suppliers (Backorder Items)

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please retain all packaging for inspection.  

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@stagelightingservices.co.uk or +44 29 2061 3577 to request a return authorization.
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
